摘要
为提高碳纤维的电磁防护性能,以化学镀镍法对碳纤维进行表面改性。采用SEM及EDS对镀层进行了表征,测试了化学镀镍碳纤维的电磁屏蔽效果。结果表明:所得Ni-P合金镀层均匀,厚约1μm。正交排布的化学镀镍后的碳纤维在2~18GHz内的电磁波反射衰减达到-20dB。
Electroless Ni plating for surface modification of carbon fiber was studied to improve the electromagnetic wave protection of carbon fiber. The electroless Ni coating was characterized by SEM and EDS. The electromagnetic wave protection effect of the Ni coated carbon fiber was tested. The results showed that the Ni-P alloy coating was uniform and ca.1 μm thick. The reflection loss of orthogonal-arranged electroless Ni coated carbon fiber reaches-20 dB for electromagnetic wave within 2~18 GHz.
