摘要
针对一种新型并联磁路永磁机构接触器,提出基于脉宽调制(PWM)控制的新型永磁机构控制器。根据并联磁路永磁机构工作特点,利用PWM斩波技术调节永磁机构线圈励磁电压。实验结果表明,控制器能够配合并联磁路永磁机构完成接触器的可靠吸合,降低工作能耗,减少噪声污染和触头弹跳。
A new controller with a permanent magnet actuator based on PWM control was presented,focusing on a new contactor with a parallel-constructed permanent magnetic actuator.The excitation voltage on the coil of the permanent magnet actuator was adjusted by PWM chopping technology according to the working characteristics of the parallel-constructed permanent magnet actuator.The results show that the controller can achieve the closing course,lower the working consumption,reduce noise and the bounce of contactor.
