基于Profibus的煤矿乳化液泵站自动控制保护系统设计

Design of Automatic Control and Protection System for Emulsion Pump Station Based on Profibus

针对目前煤矿乳化液泵故障点多、控制方式落后及煤矿系统安全性差等不足,设计了基于Profibus-DP和Profibus-PA的煤矿乳化液泵自动控制保护系统,介绍了Profibus-DP和Profibus-PA现场总线技术的主要特点和基本功能,阐述了该系统中Profibus总线的主站系统和从站系统的硬件配置和相关的软件设计。整个系统在工程应用中易于实现,具有很好的推广价值。
