摘要
建立了低压断路器操作机构的虚拟样机模型,利用虚拟样机软件ADAMS仿真了机构的动特性,并以跳扣限位轴的位置为设计变量优化了操作机构,使机构打开时间缩短了1 ms。通过对优化前后的机构进行实验对比验证了仿真结果的正确性。
A virtual prototype of low voltage circuit breaker s operating mechanism was built.The dynamic behavior of operating mechanism was simulated by ADAMS software.The mechanism was optimized by taking the location of trip s restricting bar as design variable,and its breaking time was shortened by 1 ms.The results show that the correctness of simulation is proved.
