摘要 该文评述近年来季铵型阳离子淀粉干法制备研究进展,阐明干法制备阳离子淀粉优点,分析确定阳离子淀粉加工品种具有明显经济和社会效益。 In this paper,dry process of preparing cationic starch is reviewed.The advantages of the dry process for producing cationic starch are explained.Have analysed and confirmed the variety for the cationic starch that has obvious economic and social benefits.
