FMEA在重卡双前桥系统设计中的应用研究

Study on Application of FMEA in Designing Double-frontbridge System of Heavy Truck

以某重型卡车的双前桥系统为实例,简要介绍了故障模式影响分析(FMEA)的相关知识以及双前桥系统的结构特点。按照FMEA的分析步骤,利用自行开发的计算机辅助FMEA软件,对某重型卡车的双前桥系统进行分析,取得了良好的效果。

This paper takes an example of double-frontbridge of certain truck,the concerned knowledge of FMEA(Failure Mode Effects Analysis)and the structure traits of double-frontbridge system are briefly introduced.The self-developed computer-aided FMEA software is applied to analyzing the double-frontbridge system according to the step of FMEA,and well effect is gained.
