As 'safety net' of stable social and 'regulator' in economic operations,Social Security is important part of build socialist harmonious building.Equity is the soul of social security,including intra-generational equity and inter-generational equity,inequity will lead to loss of welfare losses.So,Equity should be the core of our country s social security pension reform and a long-term mechanism should be established.
