摘要
唐太宗是我国历史上杰出的封建帝王,他所开创的"贞观之治"为历代所称道。"贞观之治"的出现固然有诸多原因,但唐太宗的选官、治官之术不能不说是成功的重要因素。他选拔官员:不避亲仇,不问贵贱,广开才路,唯才是举;使用官员:知人善任,各取所长,随才授任,用人如器;驾御官员:事臣如礼,推心待士,用人不疑,从谏如流;管理官员:用、教结合,注重考核,惩治贪官,奖功罚罪。借鉴和吸收唐太宗选官、治官思想的精华,对我们的干部选拔和管理具有十分重要的意义。
