摘要
农民收入增长趋缓已成为当前我国农业和农村经济发展中最为突出的问题,导致农民增收趋缓的原因很多,其中,政府财政支持不到位是一个很重要的原因。通过对当前我国农民收入增长现状的分析,从国家收入分配体制、农村剩余劳动力转移和农产品价格优惠政策等方面,探讨促进农民增收的财政政策建议。
A prominent issue lies in the agricultural and rural development is that a chronic increase in the farmers income,among which the factors mainly rest on the inadequate government financial support.The essay explored financial policies to promote farmers′ income by analysing the current circumstance on the reform of national attributive system,surplus labors transference and favored agricultural price.
