摘要
劳动关系是企业内部的基本关系,是劳动者在劳动过程中与用人单位之间因实际用工而形成的一种社会关系。构建和谐企业,必须把和谐劳动关系作为主要内容和长期任务。劳动合同法从构建和谐社会的大局出发,确立了构建和发展和谐稳定的劳动关系的最终目标。
As a kind of social relationship,labor relation,which is formed from the date the employer first utilizes the employee,is the basic relationship within enterprises.With regard to the building of a harmonious enterprise,it is essential to regard the harmonious labor relations as the main content and long-term task.Based on the establishment of a harmonious society,the Employment Contract Law aims to establish and develop harmonious and stable labor relations.
