摘要
目的观察鼻内镜下鼻内径路鼻腔泪囊造口置管术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法慢性泪囊炎患者32例(38眼)行鼻内镜下鼻内径路鼻腔泪囊造口术,术后置管。结果术后6个月随访,治疗有效率97.4%。结论鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造口置管术优于传统颜面径路鼻腔泪囊吻合术。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of dacryocystorhinotomy and intubation under endoscope for chronic dacryocystitis. [Methods] 32 (38 eyes) cases with chronic dacryocystitis were reported. All the patients were treated by dacryocystorhinotomy and intubation under endoscope. [Results] The success rate was 97.4% after six months′ follow-up.
