超声内镜检查术中新型耦合剂的临床应用初探

Application of new coupling medium to clinical endoscopic ultrasonography examination

目的探讨新型耦合剂在超声内镜检查中的应用方法、诊断效果、适应证等问题。方法对20例食管疾病患者进行超声内镜检查,使用脱气水和新型耦合剂进行对比观察。记录检查范围、时间、患者的耐受性及图像清晰度等。结果对比观察证明使用新型耦合剂进行超声内镜检查,操作中呕吐反应轻,无呛咳,所得图像清晰,缩短了检查时间,优于脱气水。结论在使用细径探头的超声检查中,使用新型耦合剂观察食管病变,并通过对病变进行组织学定性,病变检出率明显优于脱气水,具有安全、可控性好、不易流失、图像清晰等优点,尤其适用食管上段病变,可减少术中并发症的发生。

[Objective] To investigate the method,effect and indication of new coupling medium in the endoscopic ultrasonography. New coupling medium was put into lumens instead of water, it can not easily run off. It contributes to diagnose and manipulate, prevent aspiration, shorten the time of detection, increase the rate of diagnosis.
