用PCR与ELISA、RPLA对照检测乳腺炎金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素和毒素休克综合征毒素-1 被引量：7

Investigation on enterotoxins and toxic shock syndrome toxin-1 (TSST-1) of mastitis Staphylococcus aureus

摘要 用PCR方法对14个奶牛场分离得到的临床型乳腺炎金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)124株,隐性乳腺炎金葡菌213株,山羊临床型乳腺炎金葡菌12株进行超抗原毒素sea,seb,sec,sed.see和tst基因的分子调查,结果表明:奶牛标本肠毒素基因和tst基因的阳性率为27.42%,隐性乳腺炎为1.41%,山羊标本为33.3%。奶牛标本产生毒素的类型以SEA,TSST-1和SEC为主,山羊标本产生肠毒素的类型以SEC为主。对于肠毒素基因和tst基因PCR阳性的金葡菌同时用ELISA和RPLA检测,3种方法检测结果基本一致。 Enterotoxin genes and tst gene were investigated on 124 bovine clinical mastitis Staphylococcus aureus,213 bovine subclinical mastitis Staphylococcus aureus,and 12 goat mastitis Staphylococcus aureus by PCR.The results showed that:the positive rate of enterotoxin genes and tst gene was 27.42% in bovine clinical mastitis Staphylococcus aureus,1.41% in bovine subclinical mastitis Staphylococcus aureus,and 33.3% in goat mastitis Staphylococcus aureus.Enterotoxin A,enterotoxin C and TSST-1 were major toxins pro...
