摘要
目的探讨下肢静脉性溃疡的治疗。方法对56例下肢静脉曲张合并下肢溃疡患者,予以大隐静脉高位结扎及剥脱术,小腿溃疡周围深筋膜下交通支结扎联合经皮浅静脉电凝术,沿皮下组织与深筋膜间隙分离溃疡底部,创面换药。结果56例患者溃疡全部愈合。结论下肢静脉性溃疡治疗,应根据术前下肢深静脉造影选择不同的手术方式,但离断溃疡周围深筋膜下交通支是必需的。
Objective To discuss the Surgical management of venous leg ulcer. Methods 56 cases were undergone different operation and subfascial communicating vein ligation around the base of the ulcer. Results All the leg ulcer were healed up. Conclusion The fasion of surgical operation for venous leg ulcer shoud be different according to deep vein venography,but dissection of communicating vein is necessary.
