深部真菌感染的临床分布及耐药性分析

Clinic analysis and antifungal susceptibility test of deep fungal infections

目的对院内临床深部真菌感染的标本进行分离鉴定和药敏试验,为临床感染性疾病提供病原学诊断和合理使用抗真菌药物的依据。方法采用念珠菌显色培养基进行鉴定;用ATBFungus2检测真菌对氟康唑、两性霉素B、伊曲康唑、氟胞嘧啶4种抗真菌药的耐药性。结果分离的135株真菌以白色假丝酵母菌为主,各种真菌对4种抗真菌药物均出现不同程度耐药。结论提高真菌的检测手段,重视耐药监测,是保证提高临床抗真菌治疗水平、合理使用抗菌素的有效措施。
