感觉统合功能训练对注意缺陷障碍儿童影响的研究

Study on the Effect of Sensory Integration Training on Attention Deficits Hyperactive Disorder Children

目的了解感觉统合功能训练对注意缺陷多动障碍患儿的疗效。方法选择2003年1月～2007年1月期间于我院就诊的ADHD患儿为研究对象,并分为A组和B组。A组接受感觉统合功能训练治疗,B组接受药物治疗。于治疗前后进行儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表评定及Conners多动指数问卷调查。结果两组治疗后多动指数均下降(与本组治疗前比较,P<0.05),但两组治疗前后差值无显著性差异。A组统合能力各指标治疗后均升高(与本组治疗前比较,P<0.05),B组则只有学习能力较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且两组各指标治疗前后差值差异具有统计学意义(均为A组>B组,P<0.05)。结论对ADHD患儿采取感觉统合功能训练的方法进行治疗安全有效。
