摘要
目的探讨新生儿游泳及抚触对新生儿神经行为和生长发育的影响。方法将400例新生儿随机分为观察组和对照组,各200例。对照组仅接受沐浴,观察组沐浴后进行游泳和抚触,1次/d,游泳20min/次,抚触10min/次。于新生儿出生后第2(d2)、7(d7)和20d(d20)采用行为神经测定法对两组进行新生儿行为神经评分(NBNA),于出生时和出生后第42d(d42)测量两组新生儿头围、身长和体重,并进行对比分析。结果两组新生儿在生后d2、d7的NBNA评分差异无统计学意义,均P>0.05(t=1.334,1.666),而在d20观察组的NBNA评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01(t=26.862)。观察组出生后d42后的头围、身长和体质量增长明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,均P<0.01(t=7.900,8.082,18.756)。结论游泳及抚触有利于促进新生儿的行为神经发育和生长发育。
Objective To investigate the effect of swimming and touch on neonatal neurological behavior and growth.
