摘要
在经济全球化和知识经济时代,企业文化成为企业的核心竞争力。南京民营企业必须要努力建设 企业文化,提高企业竞争力。本文根据企业文化的有关理论及国内外优秀企业文化的经验,提出了建设南京 民营企业文化的七条对策建议。
At the era of economic globalization and knowledge economy,corporate culture becomes core competition power of corporate.Private corporate in nanjing must build the corporate culture in order to increasing competition power of corporate.This article bring foreward seven pieces of advice which build corporate culture of private corporate in nan- jing,according to theory of corporate culture and experience of foreign and domestic corporate.
