民营企业发展的法治环境研究

在当前我国由计划经济向市场经济转轨之际，民营企业仍存在体制上的弊端并影响其进一步发展 壮大。在抢抓新一轮发展机遇之时，我国应着力为民营企业营造良好的法治环境。在我国民营企业的发展 中，主要面临着民营企业的法律地位、贷款与担保难、政策不公平以及体制的不完善与法治的不健全等一系列 法律问题。为此，应通过依法营造民营企业发展的法治环境，以进一步保障民营企业顺利、稳步、健康发展。
