南京民营经济政府管理体制创新研究

随着南京民营经济的快速发展，政府民营经济管理的相对滞后问题较为突出。本文主要从调查研 究的角度，实证研究了南京在南京民营经济发展过程中，进一步完善政府管理服务体制必要性，政府管理体制 方面存在的问题；从并实际操作的层面，设计了南京完善民营经济管理服务体制的方案，并根据南京实际提出 相应的对策建议。

During the development of private economy in Nanjing,the problem of the management lagging behind the development become more serious.The paper studies the necessity of perfecting the administrative system,and the prob- lem of the administrative system by empirical study.And then designs some programs of bettering the administrative sys- tem about private economy and puts forward some counterparts according to actual conditions in Nanjing.
