发展民营农业科技企业 促进城乡经济和谐发展

党的十六届四中全会提出了要构建社会主义和谐社会的目标和任务，建设和谐社会、统筹城乡发 展、率先实现全面小康目标是南京市委、市政府一切工作的出发点。就城乡经济和谐发展的角度来说，重点和 难点都在“三农”，潜力和希望也在“三农”。本文在阐述了城乡经济和谐发展的意义和当前存在的问题的基础 上，分析了我市丰富的科技创新资源和能力以及存在的问题，探讨了民营农业科技企业的内涵和基本特征，提 出了产学研有机结合，大力发展民营农业科技企业，是现阶段促进城乡经济和谐发展的有力措施的主要思想。
