摘要
南京民营经济发展正进入一个高速发展的“黄金时期”,但与此同时,民营企业的人力资源激励约束 机制也成为其成长壮大的瓶颈问题。从南京市民营经济人力资源收入分配现状分析,有效体现这种独特的区 位优势和文化优势,构建南京市民营经济激励机制与约束机制,从而促进南京市民营经济的持续健康发展。
Economy development of private enterprises in Nanjing is entering a“gold period”.At the same time,incentive and conditioning mechanism of private enterprises in Nanjing is becoming its key problem.Analyz- ing from the present condition of the income distribution,we set up incentive and obligation mechanism with the char- acteristics of district advantages and culture advantages,to promote the development of private enterprises.
