体育教学是实现学校体育目的任务的基本途径,其实施过程及其效果与多种因素相关。根据系统原理,通过对体育教学及其过程的认识和理解,客观地分析并确定其基本构成因素,掌握它们的性质和职能,促进其同步发展与优化组合,才能从根本上增强体育教学过程的整体效应,提高实现体育教学目标的速度和水准。
