摘要
结合防空C3I系统的实际情况,通过对影响其作战效能不确定因素的分析和处理,运用模糊分析法,建立了防空C3I系统作战效能的综合量化评估模型。讨论了在联合作战中防空C3I系统作战效能的定量评估方法。
Under the actual circumstance of the air defense C^3I system,we analyse and dealing with uncertain factors which influence operation efficiency firstly,and then establish the model of the integrated quantitative evaluation of operation efficency of the air defense C^3I system using the fuzzy analysis method.It offers a new method to estimated the operation efficiency of the air defense C^3I system in joint operations.
