太和县2000~2004年疑似麻疹监测分析

Evaluation on the Suspect Measles Surveillance System during 2000-2004 in Taihexian

目的了解太和县麻疹流行状况,为加速控制麻疹疫情提供依据。方法分析太和县2000~2004年麻疹监测系统运转情况及相关年龄麻疹和疑似麻疹的免疫史。结果疑似麻疹监测系统报告病例数比法定传染病报告系统多116.09%;疑似麻疹7~14岁占59.04%,13.03%无免疫史,26.06%免疫史不详。结论太和县疑似麻疹监测系统是敏感的。进一步改进和提高监测系统工作质量,将是今后麻疹控制的一项长期和艰巨的任务。
