COX-2、VEGF蛋白在食管鳞癌发展过程中的表达变化及其与血管生成的关系 被引量：1

摘要 临床流行病学资料表明非甾体类消炎药(NSAIDs)能明显减少结肠癌和食管癌的发生率.环氧合酶-2(cyclooxy-genase-2,COX-2)作为NSAIDs的作用靶点,在多数恶性肿瘤中呈高表达,经研究证实与肿瘤血管生成密切相关.在对食管鳞癌血管生成的研究过程中,我们应用免疫组化的方法分别对正常食管上皮、异型增生上皮和食管鳞癌中COX-2、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及微血管密度(MVD)进行检测,结合临床病理资料,分析如下.
