农科大学生就业形势分析

Employment Situation Analysis of Students of Agricultural University

伴随着我国对农业的重视和入世、申奥的成功以及我国经济良好的增长趋势,农科大学毕业生的就业呈现出乐观的前景。但由于我国就业人口相对过剩、下岗人员与大学毕业生竞争、部分专业不适应形势的发展以及大学生自身就业观念偏离现实和就业技巧不足等原因,农科院校的毕业生就业表现出一定的紧张态势。因此,建立农科大学毕业生就业的社会支持体系和倡导农科大学生开展多种途径的就业成为必要。同时,鼓励学生继续深造和参加志愿服务西部计划,以缓解就业压力,成为解决农科大学生就业问题的可行途径。
