大豆浓缩蛋白对中华绒螯蟹生长和身体成分的影响

Effects of Soybean Protein Concentrated on Growth and Body Composition of Eriocheir Sinensis

通过大豆浓缩蛋白(SPC)对中华绒螯蟹生长和身体成分的影响,对大豆浓缩蛋白在中华绒螯蟹养殖饲料中替代鱼粉的前景进行了评估。结果显示用全鱼粉饲料(对照组)和含有11,22,33,44和56%的SPC的饲料喂养的中华绒螯蟹生长情况不同。随着SPC在饲料中含量的上升,中华绒螯蟹身体成分中含水量上升而粗蛋白、粗脂肪含量下降。基于实验各项结果,SPC替代鱼粉的合适比率大约为37.93%～56.89%。

The potential of replacing fish meal with soybean protein concentrated in the diets of Eriocheirsineisisis evaluated based on its influence on body composition and growth.
