摘要
用碱解氮法、比色法和原子吸收法对血粉、肉粉、骨粉和蛋壳粉中的氮、磷、钾、钙、镁、铁、锰、铜、铁等元素进行了分析研究,结果表明:血粉中含有较高的大量元素与微量元素,肉粉、骨粉和蛋壳粉分别含有不同的营养元素,为肉粉、骨粉、血粉和蛋壳粉的新的开发利用途径提供科学依据。
Alkalized nitrogen, colorimetry and atom spectrum absorption are used to measure nutritious element of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn in blood meal, meat meal, bone meal and eggshell meal. The result shows that there are higher content of major and minor elements in blood meal, while different samples have different content of elements, which may provide scientific data for the utilization of these animal by—products.
