对高校系资料室与图书馆期刊文献建设及其服务的思考

Thinking on the Journals' Construction and its Service Between Reference Room of Departments and Academic Libraries.

文章揭示了目前高校资料室与图书馆在期刊文献资源建设及其服务中存在着各自为政、自给自足,期刊订购重复浪费等问题,并提出了应建立以馆为中心的期刊建设管理体制,制定统一的期刊文献采购标准,搞好期刊采购协调,努力构建馆、室两级期刊文献保障服务体系等措施。

This paper reveals the defects of both college library and reference rooms in its departments having their own ways of establishing the journal literature resources and of serving, and the wastes caused in journal ordering, and the wastes caused in journal ordering. Then it is proposed to set a library centered journal construction and administration system, to unite its ordering standard for a better coordination, and to build library and department two—leveled journal guarantee and service system
