山西农业大学教师队伍现状分析

The Teachers' Analysis in Shanxi Agricultural University

我校目前现有专任教师587人,其中教授、副教授、讲师、助教结构比例已经明显偏离国家教育部要求的1:3:4:2。理论计算应有教授59人,现有教授118人;应有副教授176人,实有副教授142人,应有讲师234人,实有讲师135人;应有助教117人,实际现有助教192人。这种结构比例亟待从宏观上加以调整,并建立相应整改管理政策,以利于教师队伍群体的健康发展。

There are totally 587 professional teachers in Shanxi Agricultural University. The ratio of professors, associate professors, lecturers and teaching assistants has deviated from the standard criterion which is 1:3:4:2 according to the national committee. Theoretically, it is appropriate to he with 59 professors. 176 associate professors. 234 lecturers and 117 teaching assistants.
