摘要
考试与教学密不可分。为了对学生的语言能力进行客观、准确、公正的评价,反映英语教学中的长处和短处,提高英语教学质量,该文从教育测量学的角度对北京林业大学1999级至2 0 0 2级学生全国大学英语四级考试成绩的有关数据进行了分析。分析结果表明,学生的英语写作能力有所下降,但学生取得四级考试高分的人数在逐年增加。这说明我校英语教学水平还是在逐年提高的。
The goal of educational estimation is to appraise the students linguistic capability objectively, accurately and fairly, reflect the advantages and shortcomings implied in the linguistic teaching, and help to improve the teaching quality. Examination is connected to the teaching closely.
