摘要
结合板料成形过程的CAE技术,提出基于板料冲压成形FEM分析结果的毛坯形状反推算法。该算法结果具有较高的可信度,可以与含有各种自适应网格划分的有限元分析过程结合进行毛坯形状反算。
The blank shape is an important factor in metal forming,a method to calculate the blank shape based on the results of FEM forming numerical simulation is developed in this paper.The method is a kind of geometric mapping,but the rule of material deforming is also taken into account,so it has a high degree of belief.On the other hand,the method can calculate blank shape with the result of Finite Element Analyzing (FEA) using self adaptive meshing.
