摘要
运用马克思主义的经济学原理,分析了劳动价值论对管理行为科学性的重要作用,进而为科学管理的实现寻找依据。
By applying Marxism and basic principle of economics,this paper analyzes the important function of labor axiology on managing the behavioral science and finds out the truth for scientific management.
