围绕WTO争端解决机制较GATT争端解决机制的司法性特征有所加强,程序方面更趋于严密,因此争端解决效率得以提高;它的威慑效应增强了各国对其信任的程度进行阐述,认为入世后,中国只有尽快建立适应争端解决机制要求的机构和法律体系,才能在国际贸易争端中变被动为主动。

Compared with GATT Dispute Settlement System,the DSM of WTO improves significantly effectiveness of dispute settlement due to its judicial feature and strict procedure,which strengthen reliability of nations on this mechanism.After China s accession to WTO,only by establishing relevant legal system in line with the demand of the DSM,would China take more advantageous position in the near future.
