This paper dissertates three opinions on the dis-continuation of a crime for dangerous offense after the haz-ard occurs and analyses the lacuna and scarcity of the ac-complishment theory and the discontinuation theory.It con-siders that the discontinuation of real offense theory is morereasonable.
