摘要
在论述什么是科学发展观的基础上,着重论述以人为本的含义以及为什么要以人为本。明确以人为本、构建和谐社会,是落实科学发展观的具体体现,也是中国社会可持续发展必须要解决的现实问题。
This article bases on the problem of making the people center.Stress the meaning of making people center and the truth why do it.Clarify making people center.And the truth substance harmonious society it puts the conception of the scientific development into practice specific.its also realism problem which must be solved for China to realize constructing development.
