省级教育学院要在高等院校结构布局的调整中站稳脚跟、在变革中谋求发展,就需要办出特色、创出品牌。以培训为品牌是教育学院历史回溯和现实分析基础上的理性选择,其基本策略为:确立强烈的服务意识,在服务中展示魅力;确立开放的经营意识,用经营开拓出路;确立牢固的质量意识,用质量体现实力;确立立体的网络意识,借网络增加作为。
In order to maintain their own position during the adjustment of the structure of higher-education and to develop with reform and changes, provincial educational colleges have to create a unique brand in the trainings they provided.
