摘要
利用逆向制造技术和计算机仿生改形技术等进行了试验系统的设计与实现,并且通过扫描电镜观察 土壤动物的典型体表形态进行了仿生类比信息的提取,设计L9(34)正交试验,进行了土壤粘附力测试。对比试 验表明:在同样的条件下,某些仿生改形表面的鞋底具有十分明显的减粘脱附效果,降低粘附力最大为8.27%, 说明采用仿生非光滑减粘技术的鞋底能有效降低土壤的粘附力。
The design and realization of anti-adhesive testing system of shoe-sole was carried out, using reverse manufacturing technology and computer biomimetic modified design technology. Based on orthogonal experimental design testing for soil adhesion, contrastive experiments show that some shoe-soles with surface of biomimetic modified design technology have obvious effect on anti-adhesion under the same condition. 8. 27% reducing in adhesion is shown in the research.
