摘要
从形态、生理生化、16S rRNA三个方面确定了HL29的分类地位。光学显微镜下观察到菌体为杆状细胞,革兰氏染色均匀,并可见芽孢染成蓝紫色。扫描电子显微镜进一步观察到细胞壁外带有厚薄均一的黏质层,可见椭圆型芽孢,无伴胞晶体。生理生化测定结果表明,HL29在各项测试中与枯草芽孢杆菌的标准菌株表现一致;16S rRNA基因序列测序结果表明,HL29与Bacillus subtilis的同源性达到99.52%。抑菌活性测定结果表明,HL29菌株及代谢产物对包括三个亚门真菌10个属的14种植物病原真菌,以及4个重要属的代表性植物病原细菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用,表明HL29菌株的菌体和代谢产物具有较高的抑菌活性和较广抑菌谱。
On the basis of morphological, physiological and biochemical characters as well as sequence analysis of 16SrRNA the biocontrol strain HL29 was determined. Under optics microscope, the strain was bacilliform, G+ ,stained evenly purple spore. Furthermore,evenly distributing slime layer was found around the organism with elliptical spore but without parasporal crystal under SEM observation.
