摘要
在PET中添加不同质量分数的纳米ZnO粒子,通过原位聚合反应得到纳米ZnO/PET复合材料.利用力学性能测试仪研究了该复合材料的力学性能,并利用透射电子显微镜对比观察了复合材料中纳米颗粒的分散情况.讨论了不同质量分数的纳米ZnO粒子对PET的力学性能影响.简单阐述了纳米ZnO粒子增强增韧PET材料的机理.
Nano-zinc oxide (nano-ZnO) dispersed polyethylene terephthalate (PET) composites are successfully synthesized by means of in-situ polymerization. Then the mechanical properties of the prepared nanocomposites are investigated individually by mechanical instruments. The dispersion of nano- ZnO in the nanocomposites is observed respectively with the aid of TEM and the influence factors on the distribution of nano- ZnO are also discussed.
