摘要
介绍了一种在玻璃纤维上镀敷纳米铁磁薄膜的化学气相沉积方法.分析了基于五羰基铁受热分解,在玻璃纤维上制备纳米铁磁薄膜的原理;设计了一套化学气相沉积镀膜装置,并成功地在玻璃纤维上制备出纳米铁磁薄膜镀层.实验结果表明,这种方法能够批量制备形貌均匀、薄膜厚度可控的铁磁复合玻璃长纤维,为纳米铁磁纤维在电磁波吸收材料中的应用奠定了基础.
It is introduced that a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) based coating technique of ferromagnetic nano- film on fiberglass. By analyzing the decomposition of the heated iron pentacarbonyl resulting in formation of ferromagnetic nano- film on the surface of fiberglass, it is.designed a setup of CVD equipment, which has been proven to be effective in coating ferromagnetic nano-film on the surface of fiberglass.
