摘要
深入研究了NC加工程序的计算机分析与处理,包括NC加工程序词汇、语法和错误检查,并提取NC程序中的有关信息,将其翻译为刀具在计算机三维仿真空间运动轨迹数据。在此基础上,利用VC++和ObjectARX为工具开发完成了以AutoCAD为运行平台的NC程序检验仿真系统。
The technique of NC program disposed by a computer automatically including checking accidence and syntax errors is studied in this paper. And then a computer translates related information of the NC program into three-dimensional simulation space track of tool movement. Finally, The software system of verification and simulation of NC program is developed with Visual C++6.0 and ObjectARX in AutoCAD2000.
