摘要 作者采用恒电流技术,室温条件下直接在金属钼片上制备了白钨矿结构的BaxCa1-xMoO4固溶体厚膜和BaMoO4单组分厚膜,采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜等手段对薄膜进行了分析表征,详细研究了溶液成分对BaxCa1-xMoO4厚膜的形貌及其晶格常数的影响.分析结果显示所制的BaxCa1-xMoO4(0≤x≤1)固溶体陶瓷厚膜为四方晶系的单相膜,粒径随Ca2+/Ba2+的增大而增大,形貌也逐渐由CaMoO4逐渐过渡到BaMoO4,溶液中Ba2+含量为0.2(阳离子原子百分比)时,膜的形貌为呈明显的四方锥体,晶格结构为BaMoO4结构.溶液中BaxCa1-xMoO4厚膜的生长先是Ca原子掺入到BaMoO4中,晶格结构接近BaMoO4的晶格结构.分析晶胞参数表明,Ca2+并不是随机取代Ba2+,而是沿c轴优先取代Ba2+.
