软溶液技术制备钼酸钙薄膜 被引量:1

摘要 作者报道了利用软溶液法制备了钼酸钙的溶胶.用XRD对薄膜的晶相结构进行了分析,用SEM对薄膜的表面形貌进行了分析,用EDAX对薄膜的表面化学组分进行了分析.实验结果表明在近室温(40℃至50℃)的条件下就得到了四方相的钼酸钙多晶薄膜,表面分析的结果表明晶粒的尺寸在纳米的范围内,能谱分析表明薄膜成分的化学计量比钙与钼接近1∶1. Soft solution processing is a good way of obtaining thin film near the room temperature and low-pressure. In this paper, calcium molybdate thin film is derived by soft solution processing. X-ray diffraction results of thin film imply the crystal grain of calcium molybdate is a tetragonal crystal. Scanning electron microscopy shows the grain size range in the nanometer scale. The stoichiometric of calcium molybdenum thin film is 1∶1 according to the analysis of EDAX.
