摘要
以传统的电子陶瓷制备工艺制备了ZnO掺杂的(Li0.06Na0.5K0.44)NbO3(LNKN6/50)无铅压电陶瓷.研究表明,ZnO的适量引入,不仅可以保持(Li0.06Na0.5K0.44)NbO3陶瓷本身所具有的高机电耦合系数的性质,还可以有效地提高(Li0.06Na0.5K0.44)NbO3陶瓷的机械品质因数,降低陶瓷的烧结温度.
Lead free ZnO doped and pure (Li_ 0.06 Na_ 0.5 K_ 0.44 )NbO_3(LNKN6/50)ceramics were obtained by conventional electronic ceramic fabrication process. The crystalline property and microstructure were characterized by XRD and SEM respectively. The introduction of ZnO to (Li_ 0.06 Na_ 0.5 K_ 0.44 )NbO_3 can efficiently increase the mechanical quality factor Q_m and decrease the sintering temperature sharply.
