摘要
铁电多层膜和铁电超晶格是改善铁电薄膜性能并探索新的物理现象的有效途经.作者结合自己的研究工作,介绍了铁电多层膜和铁电超晶格的研究现状和进展.
Investigation to ferroelectric multilayered thin films and ferroelectric superlattices is an effective way to obtain the ferroelectric thin films with good structural and electrical properties, and to explore new physical phenomena. Based on author s own research work, the present status and development of ferroelectric multilayered thin films and ferroelectric superlattices were briefly reviewed.
