论大学后勤服务

摘要 本文阐述了高校后勤服务的内涵、服务质量的含义和标准、如何实现最佳服务。笔者大胆提出,“超过师生员工期望值”的服务,是服务的最高境界。 Education is the essential responsibility of university.To build a world first-class university and train the qualified graduates with capability,the excellent service must be provided.Therefore this paper expatiates the concept of service and discusses the meaning of service quality;it defines what the best service is and explores how to make it available as well.The authors also make the suggestion that the best service is the service which is beyond the expectations of people;this is the highest criterio...
