摘要
描述了一种前端镀陶瓷薄膜的蓝宝石光纤高温传感器。给出了工作原理,框图,仿真及测试结果。模拟测试结果表明高温测试范围可达2000℃,动态标定结果说明时间响应很短,可达30ms,可用来对导弹发射喷口及发动机等瞬态温度进行测试。
A new sapphire fiber high temperature sensor sputtered the ceramics film is described.The working principle,block diagram,simulation and testing result are also given.The adoption of sapphire fiber makes the high temperature up to 2000 C.Respondent time curve shows that its respondent time is less than 30ms,which is suitable for measuring the transient high temperature such as the lunch of projectile as well as the working of engine.
