高等学校中的“生评教”制度研究 被引量:28

摘要 高校师生对“生评教”的认同度,关系到“生评教”本身的效度和信度,也关系到“生评教”结果用于改进教学和管理工作的程度及效果,是直接影响“生评教”成败的重要因素。要提高师生对“生评教”的认同度,必须确立发展性教学评价理念,让评价的诊断激励作用得以凸现;让评价指标体系科学合理并充分体现课程的特征和教学的个性特点;让组织者与评价者、被评价者之间加强交流沟通深刻理解评价的意义;让评教形式标准化、操作过程规范化;让评教结果反馈科学化并且建立“以评促教”的效能跟踪机制。
